Swimming Pool Facility Manager

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Facility Manager to oversee daily operations of a community aquatic facility. This role is responsible for staff supervision, safety enforcement, water quality, and delivering a positive experience for all patrons.

Rate:

$19 to $24 depending on age and experience. To learn more about Front Range Recreation check us out at www.frontrangerecreation.com Responsibilities Supervise, train, and schedule lifeguard staff Ensure pool safety rules and emergency procedures are followed Monitor water chemistry and maintain facility cleanliness Conduct daily inspections and address maintenance needs Respond to incidents and handle patron concerns professionally Maintain records, reports, and supply inventory Qualifications Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification (training available) Must be 18 years of age or older Previous aquatics or management experience (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Schedule Mid May through mid September Includes weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Why Join Us?
