May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
This Role:
Open and close Chapman Hill and make sure the facility is ready for scheduled programs and user groups. Monitor daily schedules and facility operations, communicating with staff and the Recreation Supervisor about changes or issues. Operate a Zamboni and resurface the ice at regular intervals to maintain ice quality and integrity. Monitor refrigeration plant operations and report concerns or equipment issues. Assist with front desk operations, including customer service and daily cash-out procedures. Complete accurate attendance records, announcements, and other required reports. Maintain equipment, supplies, and facility areas, including cleaning throughout the day. Respond appropriately to accidents and emergencies, including providing first aid and completing required accident reports. Attend required staff meetings and training sessions and complete assigned duties before leaving each shift.You Have:
The ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. Possession of, or the ability to obtain, CPR, automated external defibrillator (AED), and first aid certifications. Experience working with community members and groups or programs related to Chapman Hill is preferred. You Will Succeed inThis Role If You:
Communicate clearly and work effectively with staff and community members. Can work independently, stay organized, and follow schedules and procedures. Use good judgment when responding to facility issues, conflicts, or emergencies. Are comfortable working in an active recreational facility and performing hands-on tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment.What We Can Offer You:
