Skilled Nursing Facility Admissions Director

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and self-starting individual to join our fast pace Rehab Transitions department as our Admissions Director to drive our census goals, but will train the right individual! We are a skilled nursing facility (SNF) so experience is a plus! Review and respond to referrals through multiple sources such as WellSky, Care Port, Aiden, Repisodic, Allscripts, Epic, and Efax. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Verify and submit SNF authorizations and benefits in accordance with in network Managed Care contracts and Medicare guidelines Prepare and complete Admission Agreement via OneSpan. Maintain and report an accurate record of bed availability. Provide a tour of the facility and answer calls for potential admission. Perform secretarial duties as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to work onsite Wednesday through Sunday and availability to work remotely as needed.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
