Pay Range:
$74290 - $96140 Incentive Eligibility:
Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary What's in it for you Lead end-to-end facilities operations where your strategic oversight keeps buildings running safely and efficiently. Manage and mentor a skilled team while shaping a workplace culture built on safety, service, and results. Play a central role in maintenance planning, emergency response, and system upgrades. What you'll bring Proven experience in facilities operations, including maintenance planning and systems oversight. Leadership background with the skillset to manage, develop, and engage both frontline and management-level staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Solid financial acumen and technical expertise to manage budgets, resources, and service contracts. Demonstrated skills to lead and coordinate projects, from upgrades to minor construction initiatives, with a focus on safety and efficiency.Requirements Education Requirement:
