Job Description:
- Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, and in some cases completing, the work required for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of the field facilities and/or corporate facilities throughout the service territory. This may or may not include supervision of other facilities personnel.

Hiring Salary Range:
$80,000-$99,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Responsibilities:
- + Coordinate and oversee both internal and external personnel for maintenance and repair of field and corporate facilities including all associated equipment.
Qualifications:
Education and Training:
+ High school diploma or GED.General knowledge of all aspects of facilities maintenance and repair work.Experience:
+ Five (5) years of related experience to include hands-on facilities maintenance and repair work with a strong emphasis on customer service.Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
+ Knowledge of coordinating facilities work, electrical, commercial plumbing, building construction, grounds maintenance, modular furniture builds, HVAC/mechanical and ability to read and understand blueprints.Other:
+ Must possess a valid driver's license. + Willingness to travel 70% of the time.About Us:
