The Auxiliary Program & Facility Rental Assistant is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for supporting the daily operations of Auxiliary Programs, including coordinating logistics for facility rentals. This role requires flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM , with seasonal schedule adjustments. Weekend work may be required. Key Responsibilities Student Supervision & Program Support Provide care and supervision for students in grades PreK-9 during after-school programs. Ensure student safety by following all school policies and procedures. Communicate with parents regarding dismissal updates and manage dismissal plans using SchoolPass . Create and maintain rosters and attendance lists for auxiliary programming. Facility Rentals & Event Coordination Assist in coordinating facility rentals, ensuring seamless event execution. Manage facility rental calendars, bookings, and scheduling . Supervise rental groups using the school facilities, including setup, signage, breakdown, and on-site communication with rental leads. Administrative & Team Collaboration Run reports and track program attendance. Attend scheduled staff meetings and complete required in-house training sessions. Requirements Experience supervising and caring for children. Ability to engage with students aged 4 to 15 years old (Preschool - Middle School) . Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification (training provided by the school). Proficiency with relevant technology and administrative tools .
Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
