In this vital leadership role, you will oversee Plant Operations, Dietary, and Housekeeping, ensuring our facility and its infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards. The Director of Plant Operations will play a key role in: Developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards Managing preventive maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and safety operations Leading and mentoring team members through effective communication, training, and performance management Overseeing budgets, inspecting facilities, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met Supporting hospital-wide initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and patient experience Strongly prefer a candidate with Joint Commission experience
