Role Summary The Facilities Management Hospitality Associate plays a key role in delivering a high-quality workplace experience within a professional law firm environment. This position is responsible for coordinating in-office hospitality services, including catering, kitchen operations, and event support. The ideal candidate is highly service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor. Hospitality & Catering Coordination Coordinate all in-house catering for meetings, conferences, and office events Partner with internal stakeholders to plan menus, provide recommendations, and accommodate dietary restrictions Place catering orders, confirm details in advance, and ensure accurate and timely delivery Oversee catering setup and breakdown, ensuring presentation standards are met Serve as the primary point of contact for catering vendors and delivery personnel Event Support Assist with planning and execution of internal events, including setup of tables, linens, décor, and materials Support logistics such as vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site event needs Collaborate with facilities, reception, and other teams to ensure seamless event execution General Support Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff Assist with additional facilities or hospitality-related tasks as needed Maintain kitchens to ensure they are clean and stocked Ensure all services are delivered with a high level of customer service and attention to detail Assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Previous hospitality, office services, or facilities experience preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry items weighing 20 pounds or more Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs for extended periods Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent movement and manual handling of materials Ability to load, unload, and transport boxes and office items throughout the workday Schedule Full-time:
