JOB DESCRIPTION
The College of Education Building Coordinator is looking to hire an OPS Facilities Assistant to support building tasks. The Facilities Assistant is a key support staff member for the Building Coordinator. Tasks include but are not limited to. Classroom support (reset, verification of furniture, and lock/unlock doors) Help with meeting/event space Asset management Scanning documents Maintain an orderly and clean facility Maintain confidentiality Perform other duties as assigned
EXPECTED SALARY
$15.00 /hour
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrate a desire and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Establish an exemplary work ethic by being dependable, productive, paying attention to details and maintaining effective communication Ability to dedicate 20-30 hours per week
PREFERRED
Fine attention to detail, professionalism, dependability and effective communication skills Ability to work as a team member Prior customer service skills are preferred Demonstrated communication, organizational and leadership skills Effective interpersonal communication skills Self-starter; self-motivated; timely Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, & Outlook
