Business Office Manager (BOM) Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center 8041 State Road 52 | Hudson, FL 34667 Full-Time | Monday-Friday Skilled Nursing Facility Experienced Skilled Nursing Business Office Professionals Wanted Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to lead the day-to-day business office operations of our skilled nursing facility. This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Business Office Manager experience is
REQUIRED.
We are looking for a knowledgeable leader who understands the complexities of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance billing, resident trust accounts, collections, admissions paperwork, and the financial operations unique to long-term care. Responsibilities Include:
Manage all business office operations within the skilled nursing facility Supervise and support the Receptionist to ensure outstanding customer service Oversee resident billing, collections, private pay accounts, Medicaid pending accounts, and insurance reimbursement Maintain resident trust accounts and financial records Coordinate admissions paperwork and financial documentation Work closely with residents, families, and responsible parties regarding financial matters Collaborate with corporate billing, administration, and clinical leadership Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate documentation QualificationsRequired Minimum of two (2) years of Business Office Manager experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Strong working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, insurance billing, and reimbursement Experience managing resident trust accounts, collections, admissions financial processes, and SNF business office operations Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other long-term care software Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field Please Read Before Applying Applicants without previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Business Office Manager experience will not be considered.
