Job Description

Overview The Facilities Business Operations is at the intersection of financial management, operational efficiency, and seamless patient care delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial performance activities within the facilities department, analyzing financial data, formulating capital and operational budgets, managing vendors, and coordinating patient transportation services.
Qualifications Required Education:
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education:
Master's degree
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years healthcare industry experience with bachelor's degree or 1 year of healthcare industry experience with master's degree.
Required Licensure/Certifications:

Proven experience in financial management within a healthcare or facilities management setting. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial data analysis. Demonstrated success in budget formulation and management. Previous experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
