Job Description

Regional Director of Plant Operations Full Time- West Palm Beach Location (Luxe Jupiter, Luxe Wellington, Cascades at Delray, Westgate and Prosper) Reports to: CEO The Regional Director of Plant Operations is Responsible for the operations of housekeeping and laundry departments in multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities in a geographic area. Plans objectives for region and ensure management is in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals. Must have Long Term skilled Nursing home experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops financial forecasts and balances programs and resources for districts and selected accounts within the region Develops a business plan and budgets for the region Controls overhead expenses Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region Reviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results Recommends and manages capital requirements to maximize financial returns Actively involved with sales survey pricing of business Monitors future contract financial reviews and updates Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goals Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention Administers required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and responds in a timely and effective manner Promotes client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources Monitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contracts Assists in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years' experience in supervisory positions in Environmental Services and Maintenance Thorough understanding of OSHA, NFPA and EPA regulations as they pertain to facility operation and maintenance in nursing care facilities Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Extensive knowledge of housekeeping programs Ability to identify issues and determine repairs and maintenance schedules for building systems Excellent management and supervisory skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Certificate of Fitness, Fire Alarm Systems Monitoring (Where local Municipality requires such.) Certificate of Fitness, Sprinkler System Monitoring (Where local Municipality requires such.) Certificate of Fitness, Fire Drills (Where local Municipality requires such.) Low Pressure Boiler Certification (Where the building being serviced requires such.)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Oversees, schedules and coordinates daily work assignments of maintenance, and housekeeping staff
WORK ENVIRONMENT
: This job operates in a health care setting This role requires regular walking to various locations around the care center Incumbent may be exposed to virus, disease and infection from patients and specimens in working environment May experience traumatic situations, including psychiatric, and deceased patients

: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear The employee must occasionally lift or move up 75 pounds
