Facilities Coordinator - Miami, FLJob Description We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. This is an in-person position with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role offers an initial assignment duration of 4 months with the potential to convert to a full-time employee. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to property management and client service. Responsibilities + Follow up with brokers and maintain effective communication. + Handle financial tasks such as preparing vouchers. + Order signage for properties to ensure proper display and branding. + Compile tour books and conduct surveys to support property tours. + Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage clients. + Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in a related field. + High School Diploma. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and at least 2 years of experience with InDesign. + Strong communication skills. + Dependability and reliability. + Creativity in problem-solving and execution. + Attention to detail. + Professional demeanor. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred. + Previous commercial real estate experience is highly desirable. + An associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. Work Environment This position requires working in-person at our Miami location. The typical workday runs from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams to meet the needs of our clients. The work environment is professional, requiring a neat and professional appearance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
