Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the facility. Collaborate with management and logistics teams to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound materials. Ensure high-quality production and consistency in material processing. Direct and manage traffic flow within the facility. Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with company safety protocols and OSHA standards. Become proficient in using our proprietary industry software. Assist in unloading and checking in inbound materials. Step in for absent or vacationing team members as needed. Train new employees in their designated job functions. Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper facility upkeep. Foster a positive and proactive work environment.
Qualifications:
5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the recycling industry. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Experience in financial analysis and forecasting is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking skills and a strong work ethic Dependable, consistent, and able to meet work schedules Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Advanced computer proficiency.
