This exempt position reports directly to the Vice President of Facility Operations. This position serves as a senior leader within the Facilities Department. It is responsible for ensuring that the campus remains safe, reliable, attractive, compliant, and operationally efficient while supporting the organization's mission to provide an unparalleled experience for residents, patients, employees, and guests. The Director is responsible for preserving and enhancing the organization's physical assets, including residential buildings, healthcare facilities, common areas, roads, utilities, grounds, and support infrastructure. The position provides leadership to maintenance, grounds, fleet, and support personnel while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and effective stewardship of organizational resources. This position serves as a key member of the Emergency Preparedness Team and participates in long-range facility planning, capital replacement planning, and campus infrastructure initiatives.
