JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Facility Attendant Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Open/Close Amenity Center Facility
• Ensure Only Resident Use of Facilities
• Monitor Resident Use of Amenity Center
• Monitor Resident Use of Pool Area
• Monitor Resident Use of Fitness Room
• Monitor Resident Use of Playground
• Ensure Cleanliness of Facilities
• Enforce District Policies
• Issuing Access Cards
• Special Event Support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Prior supervisory experience recommended, but not required. This position reports directly to the on-site Amenity Center Manager. Occasional holidays may be required. Working outdoors/poolside is required at times. This position is a great opportunity for candidates interested in community and hospitality management to begin their careers in the industry. Growth opportunities to full-time management positions are available.
