Job Description

Volleyball Director - Elite Group Training Facility We are seeking a LOCAL passionate and experienced Volleyball Director to lead and grow our elite volleyball youth training program. This position is responsible for overseeing player development, coaching staff, training operations, and program growth while creating a positive, recruiting local players, competitive, and professional environment for student-athletes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all volleyball programming and operations Develop and implement high-level training plans for athletes of varying skill levels Create and oversee youth volleyball camps, clinics, and skills development programs Organize clinics, camps, private lessons, and team training sessions Recruit, mentor, and supervise coaching staff Build strong relationships with athletes, parents, schools, and community partners Oversee scheduling, facility coordination, and program logistics Promote athlete development, sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork Assist with marketing, outreach, and program growth initiatives Ensure a safe and supportive training environment
Qualifications:
Volleyball coaching and/or playing experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working with youth and student-athletes Ability to motivate and develop athletes both on and off the court Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, conditioning, and player development CPR/First Aid certification preferred Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Preferred Experience:
Club volleyball or collegiate coaching experience Experience directing camps, clinics, or training programs Background in athlete recruitment and program development
