Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of company facilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
? Oversees the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the facilities department. ? Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Oversees the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities. ? Develops and implements maintenance plans to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure. ? Prepares and manages the facilities budget and ensures cost-effectiveness and efficiency. ? Monitors and reports on expenses related to facility maintenance and operations. ? Implements safety programs and conduct training to promote a safe working environment. ? Assesses and optimizes space utilization within facilities. ? Plans for future space needs and oversee reconfigurations, as necessary. ? Identifies areas of improvement within facility operations and implements effective solutions. ? Performs other duties as assigned.
