Position Summary Where You'll Work (and Why You'll Love It!) Orlando Health - Health Central Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to providing professional, compassionate care that enriches and enhances our residents' lives. Located in a quaint Winter Garden neighborhood, Health Central Park features a beautifully landscaped courtyard, gazebos and grilling areas for personal visits with family and friends. A variety of programs distinguish Health Central Park as a respected nursing and rehabilitation center, establishing it as a leader in long-term care and rehabilitation. A Day in YOUR Life as an RN Supervisor Supervises nursing and support personnel and takes ownership of all facility operational activities on designated shift.

Schedule:
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available 7:00 PM - 7:00
AM Responsibilities Effective Communication:
proficient in oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Ensures that quality care is provided for all residents. Coordinates staffing needs and reviews coverage on a daily basis to meet resident care requirements. Coordinates and participates in the delivery of patient care ensuring compliance with physician orders and established policies, procedures and standards of practice. Performs direct patient care activities as required to meet operational needs Interfaces with residents and families to provide instruction, promote participation in resident care and to coordinate nursing activities. Identifies and mitigates potential risk management issues. Expresses ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written communication to team members and groups. Cultivates exemplary customer service throughout the facility. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Education/Training Graduate of an approved school of nursing Licensure/Certification Current professional license as a registered nurse in the State of Florida.
