Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting a Facility Coordinator working Onsite in Alpharetta, GA.   • Job Summary:
  • The Project Manager will manage facility Manager and oversee projects at the Graphics Experience Center to ensure efficient and safe site conditions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. The candidate will handle daily operations such as HVAC and lighting management and coordinate with vendors to meet performance expectations.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, lighting, humidification, compressors, and overall site conditions
  • Manage vendors and lead regular operations reviews to ensure performance, budget, and timelines are met
  • Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and overall site organization
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, hazmat handling, and emergency preparedness
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, security, and customer experience
  • Lead installation and deinstallation of equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance activities
  • Manage intermittent projects such as equipment upgrades, electrical studies, and third-party maintenance
  • Must Have Skills:
  • Experience in operations, facilities, or project management
  • Strong vendor, budget, and timeline management skills
  • Knowledge of facility systems and safety compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment What's in this Facility Manager position for you?

$22.07 - 25.89/hr.

  • $22.
