Job Description
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This role coordinates maintenance activities, manages vendors, supports space planning, and serves as a point of contact for facility-related requests. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in facility or office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate routine building maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsServe as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issuesWork with vendors, contractors, and service providers; track service schedules and invoicesSupport office moves, space planning, and workstation setupsEnsure compliance with safety procedures and company policiesMaintain facility documentation, service logs, and inventory recordsMonitor supplies related to facility operations and place orders as neededAssist with emergency preparedness and incident response coordinationPartner with internal teams (HR, IT, Operations) to support facility needs
