This role will serve as the primary client point of contact while overseeing facility operations, maintenance teams, subcontractors, compliance, budgeting, and capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead facility staff including HVAC, electrical, maintenance, and custodial teams Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, energy management, and CMMS operations Manage subcontractors, vendors, service agreements, and project timelines Administer budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and operational reporting Conduct facility inspections and ensure safety/compliance standards are met Manage facility projects, renovations, and capital improvements Respond to operational issues and after-hours emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of facility operations and maintenance experience Experience within federal facilities, government contracts, or large commercial facilities strongly preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation systems, controls, and mechanical chillers Experience managing budgets, vendors, subcontractors, and maintenance teams Experience using CMMS platforms Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to obtain federal security clearance required Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Compensation:
