1. Responsible for maintaining data integrity, consistency, and patient privacy (HIPAA). 2. Works with physicians and team members to ensure all exams are reported / charged in a timely manner. 3. Effectively utilizes and understands the VR, HIS, PACS, and EMR systems. 4. Facilitates initial / ongoing training and/or development. 5. Works closely with PACS administrator to ensure complete capture of imaging data into the

PACS, RIS

validation, and exception handling in VR system. 6. Imports images from CD's from outside facilities, exports images onto CD's for outside providers / facilities & patients, and assists with completing requests of imaging and/or documentation for legal purposes as appropriate. 7. Completes requests for power sharing images and manages incoming requests in the fax queue.
