The Nurse Manager Long Term Care will lead operations within a top-performing non-profit community healthcare provider, notably named Georgia Small Hospital of the Year and a 100+ bed state-of-the-art nursing home facility. This modern skilled nursing and long-term care environment supports resident-centered services, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, staff development, and collaborative care for individuals requiring ongoing clinical support.
Reporting to a senior nursing leader, the Nursing Manager Nursing Home will receive support from experienced clinical and administrative leadership while overseeing daily nursing operations, staffing, quality measures, compliance, resident safety, employee engagement, and performance improvement. The Nurse Manager Skilled Nursing Facility will partner with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, rehabilitation specialists, therapists, social services professionals, case managers, and other healthcare experts to foster accountability, communication, and consistently excellent care.
