Pay rate for this role is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Education :
High school diploma required.
Experience:
Minimum two years of work experience in repair and maintenance work, including one year of experience working with plumbing and electrical work.
Credentials:
Must have a valid driver license and a reliable driving record.
Physical Ability:
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds from the ground.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Facility Repairs & Improvements :
Execute routine shelter maintenance, facility upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure a safe, operational environment. [1]
Vendor & Service Coordination :
Source outside contractors, coordinate specialized repairs, and manage service payments and vendor relationships efficiently.
Operations & Equipment Maintenance :
Oversee daily functionality of essential shelter infrastructure, ensuring laundry facilities and specialized machinery operate properly.
Safety Committee Representation :
Act as the department representative for the Waikiki Health safety committee, strictly enforcing site safety protocols and regulations.
Compliance & Administrative Support :
Partner with the Housing First Manager to ensure full facility compliance while maintaining strict client confidentiality at all times.
