You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following: Monitor and support site-level maintenance operations. Analyze, discover, and implement cost savings from financial and operational reporting. Assist in the annual Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budgets designed to handle long-term planning, renovations, etc. Implement and oversee a training curriculum for maintenance departments. Develop a robust metric reporting system to utilize for business goal achievement. You'll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things: Lead Generation Lead Conversion Customer Fulfillment We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Overall financial performance of the portfolio as compared to budget. Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned objectives. Value in the position created by a focus on expenditures, personnel development, and team member interaction.
