Facility & Operations Support Specialist

Position Overview:

We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to help keep our operations running smoothly across both locations. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment inside and out, while also supporting day-to-day shop needs. Key Responsibilities:

Facility Cleanliness & Organization Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, showrooms, shop areas, and warehouse spaces Sweep, mop, take out trash, and keep all areas presentable throughout the day Ensure customer-facing areas always reflect a clean, professional image Exterior Maintenance Mow, edge, and weed whack lawn areas Maintain overall appearance of the property and parking lots Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months Operational Support Transport customers to/from the shop as needed Pick up and deliver vehicles between locations or to customers Run parts and supplies between shops or vendors Assist team members with general support tasks when needed

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and stay on task Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical work (standing, bending, walking) Dependable and punctual Preferred (but not required): Experience in maintenance, janitorial, or shop support roles Basic knowledge of automotive environments

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
