DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, direct and coordinate all operational concerns regarding the school's physical plant including maintenance, construction, engineering, utilities, fleet, grounds, housekeeping, etc. Performs direct line work. Provides staff leadership for the maintenance staff. Performs other administrative duties. Maintains a safe environment for students and strives to meet their needs. Supports the school's strategic plan and adheres to school policies and procedures. Complies with personnel policies. Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates willingness to support change for the improvement of services to students. Performs other duties assigned by the Director of Business Operations.

Education and Certification:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology or related field required.

Experience :

Prefer three years of experience in operations, maintenance. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
