Job Description
This position works on-site at downtown Des Moines, IA campus. Distribute incoming mail and shipments timely and effectively. Process outgoing mail in a cost-effective manner. Maintain supplies through our corporate offices. Help facilitate small projects within the Ruan buildings. Assist VP, Procurement & Asset Mgmt in property searches for Operations and maintaining invoices.
Responsibilities:
Receive, process and distribute all incoming mail and shipments to the multiple floors in our corporate offices. Receive and process all outgoing mail and parcels in a timely and cost-effective manner. Effectively communicate with team members to notify of incoming parcels. Monitor and maintain general office supply needs for all departments at the corporate office using vendor ordering system. Respond to individual requests for work-related items. Monitor and support vendor providing vending services to the corporate break rooms. Assist the VP, Procurement & Asset Mgmt in facilitating small projects relating to corporate campus and Des Moines warehouse. This may include light warehouse and/or maintenance work. Assist the VP, Procurement & Asset Mgmt with expense invoices to proper accounts and submitting for payment. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.Requirements:

Experience in clerical, invoices, warehouse, maintenance, and/or vendor relations preferred.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have good computer skills and be able to utilize various softwares (Microsoft Office, USPS and UPS shipping/tracking software). Requires valid driver's license with good driving record and the ability to safely utilize a pallet jack.PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
(Physical aspects of the job, i.e. lifting, climbing, sitting for extended periods of time, etc.) Team member must be able to twist, bend, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds. May work in excess of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, as required to perform essential functions.Benefits:
