Job Description
The Domestic Sexual Assault Outreach Center provides vital safety, support, and hope to adult and child victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, violent crime, and loved ones of homicide victims. The Facility & Shelter Support Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall well-being of the crisis-based shelter, and is responsible for supervising shelter staff operations along with maintaining a calm, secure, and welcoming environment for clients. Scheldule will include evenings (2pm to 10pm) and Split shifts (10am - 6pm) and coverage for those that are being supervised. The Facility & Shelter Support Supervisor will report directly to the Shelter Program Supervisor, as well as be able to assume the duties of the Shelter Program Supervisor in the event she/he becomes unavailable.
