Apply Job Description Position Summary:
Compiles and maintains shop orders and records pertaining to maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Orders department parts, materials, supplies
- Assembles information, sets-up, and maintains files in CMMS system
- Works with procurement team on parts follow-p and lead times
- Work closely with Maintenance leadership to plan and prioritize work
- Processes all plant maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Responsible for contractor scheduling of reoccurring work
- Generates and distributes preventative maintenance work orders
- Logs and does data entry for work orders, requests, and inventory control
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education/ Skills/ Experience:
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
