Job Description

Express Employment has partnered with local Central Iowa companies seeking a Patient Intake and Facility Specialists to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role should have an upbeat attitude and must be highly organized. These are full-time, long-term opportunities, with a pay rate ranging from $17.50-$19/hr dependent on experience.

1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7am-5am 2nd
Shift:
Monday- Friday 1pm - 9:30pm These are medical environments, the ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the healthcare field and should be familiar with medical terminology Business casual clothes are preferred
Duties:
Register patient and gather patient information Review prior authorizations Phones, phone transfers, friendly customer service, take accurate messages, scanning Perform general cleaning and sanitization of common areas General cleaning of floors, bathrooms, waiting areas, emptying trash and various other required cleaning tasks.
Skills/Experience Required:
Computer and typing skills. Microsoft Office applications Must have prior documentation experience and an ability to follow procedures/protocols High attention to detail and an ability to work in a stressful environment is a must!
