Facilities Supervisor Skilled Nursing Facility

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a Facilities Supervisor for a full-time position at our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for supporting a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Facilities Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, coordinates repairs, and helps ensure building systems and equipment are functioning properly. This is a hands-on leadership role within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair needs throughout the facility Perform routine inspections of building systems and equipment Maintain and track a preventative maintenance program Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Coordinate work orders and prioritize maintenance tasks Assist in supervising and supporting maintenance staff Address facility-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience General knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a positive, team-oriented approach
