Job Description

LOCATION ALERT
Embrace the opportunity to work in-person at our vibrant Chantilly, VA campus. At Alpha, you won't just discuss the transformative power of education—you'll actively facilitate it. As the linchpin of growth and stewardship, you'll inspire families to join our community and ensure their children experience a secure, seamless learning environment. This isn't your typical school role—it's a dynamic blend of admissions leadership and hands-on campus operations. You'll be the trusted advisor families rely on during their decision-making journey, and the dependable force ensuring our facilities run smoothly, allowing teachers to focus on delivering exceptional education. Alpha is a rapidly growing institution where ambition is matched by structure. Families come to us because of our three core commitments, and they remain because every aspect of their experience, from the admissions tour to daily drop-offs, reinforces their trust. If you're passionate about driving growth and excellence in an impactful, mission-driven setting, you'll thrive here. What you will be doing Conducting engaging, personalized tours that highlight Alpha's unique commitments, winning over prospective families. Guiding families through the admissions process with attentive, thoughtful, and persistent communication. Maintaining daily compliance with safety protocols and proactively addressing risks to ensure a secure environment. Overseeing facilities with a preventative mindset, coordinating vendors, and ensuring repairs are cost-effective and timely. Utilizing data across admissions and operations to refine strategies and achieve measurable outcomes. What you will NOT be doing Teaching or developing curriculum—your role is focused on operational excellence, not academics. Following rigid processes or waiting for others to take action—this role is about taking proactive ownership. Conducting generic, scripted tours or sending cookie-cutter emails. Working in isolation—collaboration with staff, parents, and vendors is essential. Key Responsibilities Increase student enrollment while ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient campus environment, allowing educators to concentrate on delivering educational excellence. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any field. Proven experience in admissions, enrollment, or customer-facing roles involving families or students. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly build trust. Proficiency in data tracking and analysis. Self-motivated, independent worker with strong initiative. Willingness to work on-site in Chantilly, VA. Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
