Full Job Description Summary:
This position will be the contact point for all activities required under the day-to-day operation of ownership's premises and for the coordination of all operations with the property management team. This individual shall have experience at the property in both operations as well as accounting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with ownership liaison and building management to keep the overall facility well-serviced and maintained.
  • Coordinate with ownership for the set-up and break down of all conference room use, including chair and table set up, snacks and IT requirements, etc.
  • Responsible for all ownership systems and safety equipment to ensure optimal operations.
  • Coordinate with building management to ensure all systems are maintained, tested and are compliant with City code and operational requirements
  • Perform or cause to be performed typical maintenance.
  • Work with lead member of ownership-appointed technical staff to provide input and feedback on future equipment selection, infrastructure allocation and performance standards
  • Work with lead members of technical staff to identify specialty vendors and contractor for the service, maintenance and upgrades to equipment as needed.
  • Work with lead members of technical staff to develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, spare parts, and operator's manual for facilities and equipment.
  • Prepare necessary budgets, including capital improvement and maintenance budgets for the proper operation of the facilities.
  • Oversee all grounds maintenance and coordination of such with building management, including preparation and review of all annual budgets.
  • Handle all general accounting required for the overall facility operation including income collection, contract administration and payment of all invoices.
  • Manage, review and bid, when necessary, all service contracts.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections.
  • Manage all contracted vendors and ensure contract compliance.
  • Prepare all necessary reporting on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Coordinate daily with property management team to ensure cohesive and consistent goals for the property and for ownership's facilities.
The above items are intended to be an overview of some but not all of the facility management responsibilities under the contract.
Qualification Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
