Facilities Coordinator Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring that a company's buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position bridges daily operational needs with long-term facility planning, coordinating maintenance activities, vendor services, and internal requests to keep the workplace running smoothly. Responsibilities Coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment. Manage vendor services and oversee repairs to maintain smooth operations. Engage in long-term facility planning to anticipate and address future needs. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate necessary repairs. Handle work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. Oversee groundskeeping to maintain aesthetics and functionality. Essential Skills 2+ years of Facility Maintenance experience Experience working with outside vendors to coordinate needed repairs Experience in leadership role Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in vendor management Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience with preventive maintenance and work orders Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
