Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Director to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role is responsible for supporting new business growth while ensuring achievement of financial, operational, safety, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience managing multi-site facilities operations, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Must be willing to travel 50%-75% Key Responsibilties:
+ Lead regional facilities operations to achieve financial and operational goals + Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control + Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels + Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards + Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across multiple locations + Oversee contracts, reporting, and administrative processes Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + 20+ years of facilities management experience across manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments + Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting + Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from frontline staff to executives + Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment + Strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen + Facilities Management Certification ( FMC ) preferred + Solid knowledge of contract administration and operations management Apply to ESFM Services today!
