This role provides a comprehensive opportunity for an individual passionate about working in collegiate athletics. In-depth facility management, problem solving, and the opportunity to work with multiple sports and student athletes within a highly selective liberal arts environment are highlights of the role. The position requires a strong on-campus presence, including significant evenings and weekends, and reports to the Associate Director of Athletics. Key Responsibilities:
Equipment, Laundry Service and Locker Rooms
  • coordinating all operations relating to non-football varsity uniforms and locker rooms, including but not limited to communication with coaches and student worker oversight Community Recreation Program
  • provide customer service to patrons as well as membership system management and front desk employee mentorship Athletic Event Management
  • lead game-day administrator for m/w soccer, m/w basketball, swim & dive, softball and other events as assigned, including conference and NCAA championship hosting Intramurals
  • market and oversee Intramural sport programming Assigned Facilities Responsibilities
  • assume additional administrative duties as needed Primary Contact for Bus Scheduling
  • serve as the primary contact for our bus company and travel partners for our athletic department trips.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1-3 years of experience in collegiate or professional athletic facility management Excellent customer service and communication skills
