A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintaining customer service, safety, and quality instruction.
- Leading two managers and supervising 25-40 employees.
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks from customers, employees, and the corporate team.
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Developing and implementing new programs and marketing initiatives.
- Managing monthly and annual budgets.
- Reporting bi-monthly payroll to the corporate bookkeeper.
Requirements:
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and Certified Pool Operator certifications (can be acquired post-hire).
