This global company is undergoing a major growth phase. With multiple sites and long-term customers worldwide, they boast excellent stability and a highly reputable product range. They are now looking for a dedicated Facilities Manager to join the team and play a key role in the continued success and development of their bespoke, globally recognized operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role, with the current Facilities Manager retiring. You will receive one-to-one training to set you up for success, before taking the lead across a range of projects, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met, overseeing maintenance activities, supporting site transformation initiatives, and managing vendor relationships. This role would suit a Facilities Manager looking to join a world-class company, receive specialist training, and put their stamp on a high-energy manufacturing facility.
The Role:
Manage a diverse team across multiple facilities maintenance projects within a large engineering facility Coordinate and oversee preventative and predictive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Candidate:
