About the Company Indiana seed company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager. This role is open due to an internal promotion. The company is family and team focused. About the Role This opportunity is responsible for all internal equipment, buildings, and warehouses that are used in the processing and packaging of seed. The person in this role plays a key part in the overall operation and direction of the company. You will sit on the Management Team and be responsible for ten direct reports. You will lead projects and oversee all repairs. Responsibilities Oversee all repairs. Lead projects. Manage ten direct reports. Understand how the process flows throughout the plant. Connect with outside vendors to complete jobs when necessary. Utilize sorters, shellers, cleaners, robotics, and treaters to clean and process row crop seed. Qualifications First-hand knowledge of plant automation systems. Experience in electrical and fabrication. Required Skills Excellent communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and make diagnoses for repairs. Preferred Skills Experience in a similar role within the industry.
