Job Description

Candidates should possess problem solving skills and a talent for effective listening. They must be able to work in a busy sales environment. Office and clerical backgrounds are desired. The position involves following activities that include but are not limited to: Investigates customer claims of product overages, shortages, damaged product, and price discrepancies Creates replacement orders for Order Entry processing Tabulates credit memos in the event of shortages or pricing adjustments Uses electronic tools and monitoring devices to check inventory, research orders, and invoices, check shipments, etc. Communicates with department heads on delivery schedules and shipments Interested prospects may email their resume to opportunities@fordmeterbox.com .
