Job Summary:
Serve as a technical resource for Facilities Management, ensuring company sites operate efficiently, safely, and consistently. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize operational costs, maintain compliance with corporate policies, and support strategic decision-making. Contribute to a functional, sustainable, and well-governed work environment through vendor management, technical expertise, and operational support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure standardized Facilities processes are implemented and maintained across all company sites. Conduct technical inspections and structural assessments, recommending engineering solutions and operational improvements. Act as an escalation point for critical issues and complex operational matters. Support Board members with domestic and international travel arrangements, including hotel accommodations and ticket procurement, ensuring efficient and professional coordination. Coordinate Board lunches, dinners, and corporate events, including catering and event logistics, to ensure high-quality execution. Manage regional and national service contracts, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and utility services. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operating expenses (OPEX), recommending corrective actions and contract renegotiations as needed. Support audits and ensure vendor compliance with company standards and contractual obligations. Provide training and guidance to team members and local site support staff on policies and procedures. Assist analysts and team members with technical evaluations and operational decision-making. Serve as an internal consultant for construction projects, renovations, and site expansions. Evaluate facility consumption metrics (water, energy, waste) and recommend sustainability and ESG initiatives. Implement preventive maintenance programs and facility preservation plans. Utilize SAP, Pipefy, and reporting dashboards to analyze operational costs and performance metrics. Identify trends and opportunities to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency. Prepare executive presentations and reports for leadership and management teams. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient with payroll software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of Facilities Management experience, including contract management, building maintenance, and technical analysis. Valid driver's license required; must meet MVR guidelines.

None Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
