Overland Park Area A well-established and growing senior care organization in the Overland Park area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse ready to step into a high-impact leadership role with strong organizational support and long-term growth potential. Position Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and the development of a strong, engaged nursing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving clinical excellence.
