Director of Business Development (Skilled Nursing Facility) Tanglewood Nursing & Rehabilitation 5015 SW 28th Street, Topeka, KS 66614 Full-time Full-time Tanglewood is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our HMG Team!

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Expectations:

Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or Equivalent College graduate or College experience preferred Knowledge /

Experience Reguired :

At least 1 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required. Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required. Performed bedside evaluations. Experience working with hospital case managers. Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities Excellent time management skills Benefits for
