A services organization in Kentucky is seeking a new Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Manager to join their team in Kenton County. About the
Opportunity:
Shift:
Day shift
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Hours:
7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
Setting:
On-site Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of assigned facilities to support efficiency, functionality, and a professional appearance Conduct regular floor checks of common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces, and initiate corrective action as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for meetings and special events, including conference room scheduling, setup, and catering coordination Coordinate with property management, maintenance vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage work orders, deliveries, repairs, and facility-related requests Support office administration functions such as receptionist coverage, seating changes, relocations, supplies, mail services, records archiving, and invoice review Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Facility Management High School Diploma / GED Experience with People and/or Vendor Management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification Experience with computerized building and maintenance management systems Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
