Bachelor's degree required in business administration, facilities management, construction or related field. Comparable work experience in facilities/property maintenance may be substituted for educational requirements. Three years of experience working in facilities or property management is required. Supervisory experience is required. CDL required within six months of hire. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have working knowledge of local, state, and federal building and licensing codes and regulations.
