Job Description

Office Coordinator - Facilities & Administrative Support We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Lexington Technology Center. This is not a traditional office/admin role. The ideal candidate will spend time walking the facility identifying maintenance issues, coordinating repairs with vendors, and supporting office, HR, and engineering administrative functions. Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Management & Building Ownership Support Assist with daily inspection of the building and identify maintenance or operational issues Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution Monitor building safety, security, and visitor access Serve as point of contact for building service providers, cleaning crews, and maintenance teams Order and maintain office supply inventory Ensure office equipment including copiers and printers are functional General Administration & Human Resources Provide onsite HR assistance as a first point-of-contact Support managers and HRBP with administrative tasks Track building-related expenses and maintain financial records Maintain physical and digital filing systems while ensuring confidentiality Print employee name badges and assist with scheduling events Engineering & Design Support Create and maintain project files, technical documents, drawings, and specifications Update engineering project trackers, client databases, and software systems Maintain records of engineering staff training and certifications Assist with vendor, contractor, and consultant coordination Process purchase orders and invoices Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with or ability to learn project management systems, CAD viewers, and ERP systems such as SharePoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan. GRPB Pay:
