Us:
High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field 3+ years of leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, or project management Experience overseeing: Building maintenance Construction and renovation projects HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all Facilities & Environmental Services operations Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and physical assets Manage renovation, construction, and capital improvement projects Direct environmental services and maintenance staff Oversee fleet maintenance and facility security Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and regulatory requirements Develop and manage departmental budgets Lead Wendell Foster's Health & Safety Committee Maintain preventative maintenance programs Collaborate with executive leadership on facility planning and organizational initiatives
