Job Description

Fire, Water & Mold sanitation mitigation project manager is responsible for estimating projects, planning and scheduling, and control of project, while providing direction and ensuring standard of quality to lead onsite.
General Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule jobs and crew Maintain and promote a safe environment Ensure all jobs are being performed to industry standards Ensure timely response to all emergency calls and participate in on call rotation Update job management software with all pertinent project information in a timely manner Hiring, training and developing the Mitigation Team Take pride when your team completes mitigation projects on budget with an exceptional customer experience Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle. Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion. Re-inspect job sites for quality control. Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner. Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
At least 3 years experience in mitigation or disaster restoration management Knowledge of IICRC water, fire and mold mitigation standards and best practices Natural leader with experience managing crews Strong attention to detail Xactimate experience required Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Computer literacy, primarily with MS Office products Certified through IICRC Must be a self-starter that has the ability to work autonomously and with a team Great attitude and career minded
Requirements:
Clean criminal background check Ability to pass a drug test Valid driver's license with a clean record Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
